Managing Smart Campaign Rules

Rules are the core of your Smart Campaign. They define conditions based on performance metrics that select search terms from your source ad groups, create keywords/product targets in target ad groups, and negate search terms in negation ad groups.

Creating a Rule

  1. Click "+ Add Rule".
  2. Name your new rule and define conditions based on performance metrics.
  3. Click "Save".

Editing a Rule

  1. Click the rule you want to edit.
  2. Modify the rule name or conditions as necessary.
  3. Click "Save".

Deleting a Rule

From the Smart Campaign detail page, find the rule you wish to delete, and click the Remove rule (-) icon
